toGaether takes no commission on tickets. Payments are collected by HelloAsso, which is free for associations: HelloAsso is funded by a voluntary contribution suggested to the payer.

Ticket checks at the door, even with no signal
On the night, the board scans QR codes from the app. Validation works offline: a basement venue or a remote estate does not hold up the queue.
Every validated entry is counted. You know in real time how many people are in the room.
Ticketing income linked to the treasury
The income from each event arrives in the association's treasury, linked to the event. The event statement and its report are produced in one click: that is what the school will ask for before funding the next edition.
Which student events can be sold online?
Any event a paper list can no longer handle: end-of-year gala, welcome weekend, themed party, ski weekend, paid conference, sports tournament. As soon as there are several prices, a capacity to respect or a check at the door, online ticketing prevents double sales and cash boxes that have to be recounted.
The member price is reserved for members whose membership fee is paid, with no manual check: the membership and the ticket live in the same tool.
