Manage grants for student associations
The association submits its application, the institution reviews it with the accounts in front of it, the payment is tracked and the usage report comes back to the same place.

For the association: a grant application that gets through
A solid application rests on a budget forecast, a clear objective and the expected documents. The association submits its file to the school from its own space and follows its progress, instead of waiting for an answer by email.

For the school: a budget allocated in a traceable way
The student life office reviews applications with each association's indicators: balance, compliance, past events. The allocation of the budget is decided on information that is comparable from one association to the next.
Every payment is traced, and a reminder is sent for every report that is due. The committee has a consolidated view of what has been awarded, paid and accounted for.
A direct link with compliance
Funding an association whose general meeting has not been held exposes the institution. Compliance tracking under the French 1901 law on associations goes with every file: the school knows what it is funding.
What a tool-supported grant process changes
Without a tool, a grant round lives in emails, spreadsheets and attachments that have to be requested one by one. The criteria are rarely written down, and decisions are hard to compare from one year to the next.
With a shared process, associations know what is expected and where their file stands; the institution keeps a record of every decision and can account for how the budget was used, association by association.

Frequently asked questions
Is the tool reserved for schools?
Submitting an application is free for the association. Review and consolidated oversight are part of the institution offer, priced on quotation.
Is an agreement required between the school and the association?
It is strongly recommended, and mandatory above a certain amount of public grant. Our guide to the school–association agreement sets out what it contains.
Can we track the CVEC or other funding?
Grants awarded by the institution are tracked in the tool, whatever budget they come from. Let's discuss your funding process during a demonstration.
